Introduction to Supersingular Isogeny Diffie-Hellman

As part of an Elliptic Curve Cryptography course, I decided to study Supersingular Isogeny Diffie-Hellman (SIDH), which is the only Post-Quantum Cryptographic Key Exchange schemes out there. The scheme itself is not to terribly complicated, but the information around it is a bit sparse, so you can consider this a quick start-up guide that conglomerates most SIDH information out there.
